Biltong bruschetta… A great light lunch on these hot sunny days! I used @embersnacks chilli rub biltong to give this snack that extra kick!! So tasty So good!

I also used @hempwholefoods oil to dress the onions, tomatoes and peppers. So healthy and tasty too!
