I have ditched the olive oil and replaced it with @hempwholefoods hemp oil, combined it with my @lavenderandrosemaryclaredried rosemary for this autumnal aubergine, marrow and chorizo bake. Reducing plastic packaging, using local products, and better flavours, what’s not to like? 😊 💚🌈🌿🐝🌹
